About me

I am a second year PhD student (2008–Present) at the Department of Information Engineering of the Research School of Information Sciences and Engineering (RSISE) in the Australian National University (ANU), Canberra, Australia. My present research focuses on various state-of-the-art techniques for non-rigid, deformable object registration and tracking such as Active Appearance Models (AAMs) and 3D Morphable Models (3DMMs).

Earlier, I graduated from the Jaypee Institute of Information Technology University (JIITU), Noida, India with a degree of Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science and Engineering in 2007. I did my research in computer vision with a particular interest in Content Based Image Retrieval (CBIR) and Video Surveillances.
